We officially have just under 10 weeks left before we meet the newest little addition to our family! I think it’s also safe to say that I am officially in crazy-mama-nesting-mode.
It’s time for another dinosaur post! 😀
Today’s activity is a DIY dinosaur dig designed for your little paleontologists.
I couldn’t decide what to write about for this weekly brew. I’ve had a million thoughts on my mind lately. So I asked my husband. He said decisively and without hesitation, “Peace.”
“Peace?” I almost accusingly inquired. “But I always write about peace. I think people get tired of reading about peace.”
He simply replied, “In a broken world, there’s never enough peace.”
I suppose that’s all I need to write.
So open-endedly, and without explanation,
Happy Monday, everyone!
A couple of years ago, when I completely made over A Fresh Brewed Faith, I began regularly posting something called the “Weekly Brew” every Monday.
The storm we were prepping for finally hit!
Of course, the usual indoor activities of Netflix, playing “dinosaur” – a glorified game of chase – and lots of naps have happened too. I’m working hard on being content in the quiet, still moments. I’m glad God reminded me this weekend to slow down a little with this beautiful storm.
Is anybody else a parent of a Frozen fan? This house is full of Frozen related items, and Hubby and I could probably belt out every lyric from every song of the movie.
I recently found a pin from Learning and Exploring Through Play with this cute and easy winter, nature-themed sensory play idea, and I knew I had to try it!
I used to publish “Wordless Wednesday” blog posts several years back, posts with only photos, no writing.
The early August flowers have been so beautiful, I can’t help but to try to capture them every chance I get!
