I love reasons to buy seasonally colored M&Ms!
The Fourth of July festivities have already begun here, and I can’t wait to take these decadent (and gluten free!) little guys to a party this evening.
With only 7 ingredients and eight minutes of baking time, these couldn’t be any easier to make. They’ve been a farmer’s market favorite for the last couple of weeks, and I can’t keep them on the kitchen counter for longer than a few hours.
Enjoy with fireworks, hot dogs and all things Fourth-related!
Flourless Red, White and Blue Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1/4 c. white chocolate chips
1/3 c. red, white and blue chocolate candy pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir peanut butter, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and eggs together until well combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chocolate candy pieces. Roll dough into rough 2 in. balls and drop onto a greased baking tray. Bake for eight minutes. Allow lots of cooling time (or else they’ll break completely apart!) before eating or plating. 🙂
